My Story
Altera was built on standards, structure, and real ambition. I wanted to create something professional that helps businesses grow.
For over a year, I struggled to find a job. I applied constantly, heard very little back, and questioned what I was doing wrong. But one thing never changed. I always wanted to work in marketing and build something creative that helped real businesses stand out.
I also genuinely liked the 9 to 5 culture. When I had the chance to experience it at IBM as an intern, I enjoyed the structure, the standards, and being around professionals who took pride in their work. It taught me the value of clear communication, delivering on time, and doing things properly.
After not getting anywhere for too long, I made a decision. Instead of waiting for an opportunity, I would create one. That is how Altera Marketing began.
Since starting Altera, I have met so many new people through events, local business communities, and conversations that turned into real projects. The best part is seeing the confidence business owners gain when their brand looks professional and their online presence finally represents the quality of what they do.
